In certain countries and regions we work closely with local representatives. Our aim is to increase the level of support available to users of our products and these representatives are all experts in at least a major part of the science and technology required to install and maintain PETROG, whilst not necessarily being petrographers or specialists in your own application. We are therefore very happy to answer questions and provide support directly from Conwy Valley but if you live or work in one of the following areas, we will always involve our local representatives in the installation and support of your system:

We additionally work with representatives in other parts of the world, especially the USA, and we are always happy to enter into any arrangement which will result in our users receiving a better service.

Our representatives are usually microscope specialists and agents for one of the major microscope manufacturers. We do not favour any one microscope manufacturer over others but rather seek to work with agents committed to excellence within their field. PETROG and PetrogLite will work well with most major microscope makes and models and it is our belief that it is the quality of support and service behind the equipment which is the differentiator in this market.
